Beautification Project

Every year a project will be adopted in an effort to help beautify our property. This year’s project is ensuring that every owner transitions their wood fencing over to the new vinyl fencing. Owners will have until the end of 2023 to make this transition. Meadowlawn Maintenance Department no longer stocks the fencing nor installs it. Owners are required to hire their own licensed, bonded, and insured contractor and are to ensure all fencing specs are followed. Owners must first submit their contractor’s proposal to the Maintenance Department for approval before any work is initiated.
