Board Update on Assessment & Community Concerns

Dear Meadowlawn Owners and Residents,

We’re aware of information circulating and want to acknowledge your concerns. At this early stage, it's too soon to provide specifics, but please know we’re actively working with outside experts and will share updates as they become available.

Your current board is committed to transparency and is putting in place safeguards and policies to protect our community.

Regarding the new assessment, the reserve study outlines urgent needs for our aging buildings. This assessment is based solely on those findings and is not connected to unrelated issues. Each year, owners have voted to waive full reserve funding, which is why special assessments occasionally become necessary.

We appreciate your patience as we navigate these changes. Once we have clearer answers, we will hold a meeting to provide full disclosure, share records, and answer all questions.
